One Sec should not reset my working page

I should not have to have this interaction with 0neSec where i am in the middle of typing a close to 1000 character document and one sec takes over my window only to after requesting for more time find my page refreshed and my typed works gone. That is a serious annoyance and needs to be fixed or you need to find another implementation for the reminders about time usage if you are going to refresh my page and subsequently wipe minutes worth of editorial work. I’m not even lying that was seriously frustrating just now.
