Remove the "edit" option from the block tab

I have been using one sec for the past one year or so and in the recent ui updates there is now an edit option for blocks in the block tab whereas in the previous versions this option used to solely exist in recurring block section under settings tab.

This removes the friction that previously existed when accessing these settings through the Settings tab, which helped prevent impulsive changes and supported better discipline.
