watching Youtube with OneSec

When watching youtube and a intervention happens, youtube keeps running but in a smaller window. I know i can turn this function of in youtube, but i would prefer to have this function turned on while using youtube. But the intervention doesn't work when you can keep watching through the intervention. Can this be fixed? English isn't my first language. Hope it makes sense.
