youtube.com block doesn't work with Chrome extension

Blocked a few websites using the Chrome extension and all of them work except youtube.com (unfortunately the one I need the most). Not sure if it because they are doing some redirect or what, but one sec knows it is the right site because it shows “X attempts to open YouTube” but the intervention never comes up. It is configured the same for other websites like reddit.com and those work no problem.
