Ability to stop opening the app right away

I really enjoy the app and happily bought the sub. I’m proposing to move “I don’t want to open App” button to the top of the screen. I often click on the apps midlessly and onesec reminds me to be concious. But it is too long to wait and that punishes good behaviour (leaving the app) just as much as bad (continuing). Navigating out of the screen is somewhat broken as swipe right gesture on iphone often relaunches the app being intervented and restarts intervention. I just want an easy way to close the app and move on with my life
