When scheduling block you need to pick individual hour windows. These can be turned off even after the scheduled strict block has started except for the currect active hour.
In the recurring block schedule, the strict block should disable you from removing the next blocked hour (strict block should bs strict for the whole blocking schedule)!

Yeah, it’s a big flaw of the strict block! let’s hope they fix it soon…

Strict block whole schedule
