There are several reasons why one sec is not showing the intervention. Before getting in touch with our customer support team, please check the following:
Consider if Intentional app switching is activated right now (e..g wait 1 minute and try again)
Ensure the accessibility permission has been granted.
Battery optimization should be turned off.
Depending on phone model, check the Additional Background settings here.
