Sometimes it’s necessary to briefly leave a configured app and quickly switch to another one—for example, to check contact info, a note, or a location in Maps.

The goal of one sec is not to disrupt any productive workflows. That is why you can set up a time limit that allows you to quickly re-open an app without having to go through the breathing exercise again.

How to set up Intentional App Switching:

  1. Open the one sec app on your Android device.

  2. Navigate to Customize.

  3. Scroll to Intentional App Switching.

  4. Select the time interval for which the quick switch should be active (e.g., 1 minute).

That's it! As long as you return to the app within this timeframe, no new intervention will be triggered.
