Apple Watch App

An Apple Watch app would be a life changer! (Please note: it is in my best interest for it to be a standalone app because I don’t always have my phone with me when it is nice to check specific watch apps that need my phone or the kids with a family member that set up their watch… they can’t use non-standalone apps)

It could do many things:

1. Stats

2. Start blocks

   1. Especially with my other idea of preset blocks, these could show up nicely on the watch app

3. Block distracting apps on watch

   1. Especially apps that are also on iPhone that get blocked there but not on Apple Watch

   2. Blocking downloaded games on Apple Watch

4. Intervention on Watch instead of iPhone

   1. Forces you to look away from phone screen

   2. Could send notification or just open watch app if you start an intervention on your phone

   3. Phone screen could say: look at your Apple Watch to complete the intervention but would include a button saying that you do not have your watch right now
