Block distracting apps on and from Apple Watch

This post is a direct copy of one of the feature requests from @Ben here

The idea is to be able to block and intervene apps on Apple Watch.

1. Especially apps that are also on iPhone that get blocked there but not on Apple Watch

2. Blocking downloaded games on Apple Watch

3. Block apps on other devices, like your kids phone, to give parents more control about the Screentime of their children.
