Start block from watch
Loving OneSec so far — it’s great for breaking the autopilot phone-check habit. One feature that would be hugely helpful is the ability to start a blocking session directly from the Apple Watch. Being able to trigger it from the wrist would let me intercept the habit before I even pick up my phone. Would be amazing to see this in a future update!

Hi, I really love your idea!
Regarding Starting preset blocks from a widget is actually already possible with a small workaround via Shortcuts.
You can create preset Block Sessions in Shortcuts – and use the Shortcuts Widget on your iPhone and Apple Watch to start them conveniently.
How to do this:
1) Create your own categories of apps to block. How? Here you go: https://tutorials.one-sec.app/en/articles/8820034
2) Create your block session Shortcut:
a) Open Shortcuts > Create New Shortcut (not automation!) > Name it “Deep Focus” (for example) > Search for “one sec” > Tap “Start Block Session” -> choose the App Category you just created -> choose time (you can also choose to “Always Ask” for manual input) > Decide if you want to be able to pause in between.
b) Also tap the little “i” to show them also on your Apple Watch.
Repeat for as many Quick Block Templates you need.
3) Use Shortcut Widget on your iPhone and Apple Watch:
For iPhone: Go to homescreen_ > Long tap > Edit > Add Widget > Shortcuts > Choose Widget Style depending on how many Templates you have > Add it to your Home Screen
For Apple Watch: To add them to your Apple Watch > Scroll down with your Crown > Tap “+” to add Widget > Shortcuts > Add each Shortcut
