Intervention on Watch instead of iPhone

This post is a direct copy of one of the feature requests from @Ben here: https://feedback.one-sec.app/p/apple-watch-app about having a one sec for Apple Watch. I split his post into his different feature requests for a better overview.

The idea is to let the intervention happen on your Apple Watch, while the app stays blocked on your phone.

How Ben put it:

1. Forces you to look away from phone screen

2. Could send notification or just open watch app if you start an intervention on your phone

3. Phone screen could say: look at your Apple Watch to complete the intervention but would include a button saying that you do not have your watch right now

4. Gives chances for new interventions (like a workout intervention, integrating Apple Fitness)
