One Sec, One Question: Why Are You Opening This App?

Before launching an app like Instagram, YouTube, Reddit, etc.,
prompt the user with one simple, unavoidable question:

👉 “What’s your intention right now?”

And make the user type it out manually.

"I’m opening YouTube to watch a specific tutorial."
"I want to check one DM on Instagram."
"I'm just bored and looking to escape." ← even this is valuable awareness.

I genuinely believe this small tweak could help a lot of people (myself included) reclaim their attention.
