What are Re-Interventions? Re-Interventions interrupt doomscrolling on a target website after a set amount of time, requiring you to go through another intervention to resume your browsing session. This is especially useful for limiting the time spent on websites like Reddit, YouTube, or Twitter, ensuring your time spent online remains intentional.

How to set up Re-Interventions in your Browser:

  1. Click the one sec icon in your browser extension bar.

  2. Open the Dashboard.

  3. On the left side menu, select Customize.

  4. Scroll to the bottom of the page. Here you can select all the websites for which you’d like to enable the Re-Intervention timer.
